Mutton pepper gravy
Mutton-200gms
Big onion-3 no sliced long
green chillies -3 no slit long
Ginger -an inch
Tomato -1no sliced
Pepper powder-1tsp
Cumin powder -half tsp
Salt
Oil
Ghee-1tsp
Method
1. Wash mutton pieces,add water,turmeric powder and cook it in a pressure cooker.
Now take a kadai,add ghee and oil.add the chillies and ginger.saute for a few seconds
3. now add the sliced onions and saute for a few minutes till the colour changes slightly .add the sliced tomatoes and saute.

4. Add the cooked mutton pieces along with water ,add salt and let it boil for a few minutes
5. Now you can add the pepper and cumin powder ,mix until corporates well .

reduce the flame and cook till the water evaporates and oil seeps out.
