Minced Meat Balls

Minced meat of a lamb.            200gms
Pearl onions.                              a handful 
Green chillies.                            2no
Garlic pods.                                5 no
Curry leaves.                               one strand
Fried gram.                                  3 teaspoon
Garam masala.                             1/4 teaspoon
Salt.                                              for taste
Oil.                                               one tablespoon
Water.                                           two cups


Preparation 
Step 1

Wash the minced meat. In a pan boil the water, The water should roll on. Switch off the stove, add the washed minced meat. Let it in for one minute. Now drain off the water in a strainer. Let the water drain off.

Step 2
Grind onions,chilly,garlic pods,salt,fried gram,Garam masala, curry leaves, without adding water.
Now add the half cooked meat to the mixer, along with the above ingredients.
Now switch on the mixer in the pulse mode, until combined.
Make small meat balls out of the dough

Step3

Heat the Tupperware inspire series pan, which is wide in the base. Pour one teaspoon oil and when it is heated, flatten the meat balls to a cutlet shape and place it in the middle of the pan. The flame should be very low. When one side is half cooked, turn the flattened meat balls. Let it to cook. Now bring the meat balls to the side of the pan.
Now add again 4 meatballs to the middle off the pan, adding a few drops of oil. By the time the meatballs placed on the side of the pan will get cooked. Remove from pan.

Repeat the process
Tips
Low flame is needed for cooking
You can close the pan with the lid for a few seconds, while cooking
Less oil is needed for this recipe
When the meat is put in hot water, it is half cooked.so while frying, cooking time is saved.
