Biriyani masala
This is the Masala which we add into Biriyani.Here I have given the measurements for one kg Biriyani.You can prepare it for 5 kg,as one kg measurement quantity will be little.it won't grind well in the mixie.
Ingredients
Cloves. 25 no
Star anise. 1 no
Cardamom 25 nop
Cinnamon. 6 to 7 no
Dry chilly. 4 no
You can increase the above ingredients for 5 kg
Preparation
Heat the above ingredients in a kadai, for one or two minutes.switch off the stove and let it cool.
Now grind this in a mixer.the powder should be very very fine.. If possible you can sieve it.
Store this powder in an airtight container,after cooled.
For one kg Biriyani you can add one teaspoon full of this powder
