YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
Ladies mostly never take care themselves. Even I was like that.
So they end up with anemic,ulcer,and knee joint pain.
Always learn to feed yourself first...
Take care of your family.At the same time its important to take care of ourself,so that they can take care of their family without any interruption
Women living in joint family cook food in wholesome and they eat after the men eat,if she is a homemaker. If she is a working lady,mostly she goes hungry or gulps her food and escapes to catch her bus.
We take time to bath,dress,wash dirty clothes clean vessels, and to satisfy your mother in law.But have you ever tried to satisfy yourself.
Have you ever respected yourself or you feelings and your soul.
I am not asking you to be selfish.or this is not selfishness.
Points to remember
1.Never skip meals
2.While eating dont gulp your food.
3.Chew your food with your mouth closed
4Never show your anger towards your food
5.Eat the right way
6.Have any fruit of your wish,seasonal fruit.
7.When you go outing take a fruit,biscut ,keep it in your handbag.It helps and is handy at time of hunger or if you dont have time to go to a hotel.
8.Dont feel ashamed of eating ,while waiting long hours at some place.
9.Never eat spicy food always

2.Pomegranate
3.Nuts
4.Banana
5.Drink plenty of water
6.Drink milk
7.Badam
8.Oats porridge
9.Vegetables
10.breakfast is must
You might say or feel that i am asking to intake costly food,but no other choice.you should slowly learn to eat because,when we were children mom feed us compulsorily and we get all nutrients without our knowledge,but after marriage we have to learn to feed ourselves
Like birds
Go for regular walking,so you can maintain your body weight.
Never go for crash diet to reduce weight
When you diet we skip the regular food which we usually take,of course our weight reduces but we never get the nutrients which we need,result is we become anemic and get tired in the long run,even after one year we get the after result and ofcourse we end up with hairfall
and tiredness.
These are all my personal experience
The reason for my urge to share this was due to my neglect of my health and how i suffered anemic and ulcer.
I dont want other women to suffer the same
