URAD DHAL RICE



         INGREDIENTS
  • 200 gms   urad dhal 
  •    250 gms   parboiled rice  
  •  1/4 tsp    methi seeds 
  •  1/2 tsp    cumin seeds  
  •   2 tsp     dessicated coconut
  •   5 pods   garlic 
  •   2tsp       sesame oil
  •    water   triple  the  volume  of   rice  and  urad  dhal.  add   one   glass  extra  to  it                                       

                                                       
 HOW  TO


    Wash  parboiled  rice  and  urad dhal  together  . . Now   fill  the  required  amount  of  water  to  the            
electric  rice  cooker  or  the  pressure  cooker   Add  methi  seeds ,cumin seeds , dessicated coconut , garlic  pods , salt  ,sesame oil  ,.let  it  cook  until  done  in  the  electric  rice  cooker .

 If   in   the   pressure   cooker  put  in  high  flame  until  it  whistles  and  then  reduce  the  flame  to  simmer.
let  it  for  7 minutes,  and  switch  of  the  stove . Let  it  cool . Now  open  the  pressure  cooker  and  mix  
well with a  ladle.

Now your  nutritious  healthy   urad Dal   rice  is  ready  to  eat .
